If the payment was made accidentally twice
If the course access was not granted due to a technical issue from our side
If the refund request is raised within 24 hours of purchase and the course has not been accessed
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
Once the course has been accessed or started
If videos, lessons, or downloadable content have been viewed
For completed or partially completed courses
For dissatisfaction based on personal learning preferences
For failure to complete the course within the given time
All course purchases are final and non-refundable after access is granted.
